Do you accept returns?
It is the desire to have buyers fully enjoy their new artwork and for the artwork to arrive without any damage. However, sometimes people find that the painting doesn’t really work for them when they see it in person, and other times there can be damage from the shipping company. If you want or need to return your painting, please contact Gayle and we can discuss it.
What is the time frame for returns?
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Who will pay for the cost of return shipping?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, but Gayle can give the buyer a quote from her discount shipping company.
